All overseas competitors and staff arrive in Bahrain.

14:00: International Flight Arrivals Begin
All schools will be collected from Bahrain International Airport and transported to the Radisson Blu Hotel
Room Check-in is available from 14:00, however, the hotel facilities will be available all day for YMOG competitors and staff
18:00: Dinner served from 18:00

19:00 : Gala Dinner for all Competitors and Staff from 19:00 – 21:00. This is a private function with tables set-up around the pool area of the Radisson with entertainment from a professional DJ.

07:45 : Arrival at St Christopher’s, Isa Town Campus
08:30 : Large Ensemble category begins in the School Hall-Large Instrumental followed by Large Vocal
10:15: Break- Morning snacks and drinks served
10:30 : Small Ensemble category begins in the School Hall-Small Instrumental followed by Small Vocal
12:15: Lunch-Hot Buffet
13:00 : Small Ensemble Category Continues
14:00 : End of Ensemble Category
14:15 : Announcement of Qualifying Semi Finalists
14:30 : Transportation to the Hotel to change for Semi Final
16:15 : Transportation to St Christopher’s Saar Campus for Buffet Dinner and the YMOG 2026 Semi Final
16:45: Dinner served on arrival in the Infant School Hall
18:00 : YMOG 2026 Semi Final Begins- At the conclusion of the Semi Final, soloists and ensembles progressing to the Grand Final will be announced. Competitors and Staff will then be transported back to the Radissonn Hotel

08:00 : Breakfast at the Radisson Blu Hotel
09:00 : Welcome and Overview of the final day followed by the Combined Orchestral and Vocal item for all instrumental and vocal competitors
10:30 : Break- Morning snacks and drinks served
11:00 : Adjudicators Workshops Begin
12:30 : Lunch is served for all overseas competitors and staff
14:00 : Sound Check and Rehearsals for all Soloists and Ensembles participating in the Grand Final. Free afternoon for others to enjoy the hotel facilities
17:00 : Dinner served for all overseas competitors and staff
19:00 : YMOG 2026 Grand Final

All overseas competitors and staff depart Bahrain

08:00 : Breakfast is served (other times available on request)
All schools will be from the Radisson Blu Hotel at various times during the morning. All will be transported from the hotel to Bahrain International Airport
If a late afternoon room is requested or lunch for this day, it will be at the expense of the individual school and not part of the overseas package.
